New “Ask a Nutritionist” Form
Did you know that you can find answers to many of the most frequently
asked nutrition and product questions (from diabetes and hypothyroidism
to Cleanse for Life® and IsaLean® Shakes) on our Isagenix Research and Science
blog at IsagenixHealth.net? The blog is hosted by our Quality, Regulatory, Technology,
Science Department (QRTS) department.
You can also now submit questions and comments on the Website via the new “Ask a Nutritionist” form (located in the bottom right corner labeled “Questions and Comments”). The form is intended to help streamline questions and get them answered more efficiently. Moving forward, the QRTS department will be giving priority to inquiries submitted via this form over those sent to Nutrition @IsagenixCorp.com. Questions sent to the e-mail address will be answered in the order they are received.
Please note that the QRTS department receives several hundred questions a month currently and many are lengthy, requesting medical advice, are not related to Isagenix, are repetitive, or have been answered previously on IsagenixHealth.net. For these reasons, we ask that you please guide your teams to IsagenixHealth.net first, and then to the form to send only technical questions related to nutrition and our products.
It is also important to be aware that although QRTS welcomes personal nutrition-related questions, they are not able to provide medical advice to anyone. The material on IsagenixHealth.net and in e-mail responses are intended to be educational and to support, not replace, the relationship with a personal physician.
